Need the following to rent a mailbox:
- Need to Fill out Post Office Form 1583 (available at the store) or (you can download from USPS.com PS1583) and have it Notarized prior to renting mailbox or have Notarized in store.
- Need to provide 2 valid forms of ID (one photo and one non-photo) Must be current.
Acceptable forms of Photo ID include Government Issued Drivers License, Identification Card, Armed Forces, Government, University, Corporate ID or Passport. All must be current.
Acceptable forms of Non-Photo ID include Current Lease, Mortgage, Voter Registration, Vehicle Registration, Home or Vehicle Insurance.
